I consider myself a specialist in ‘Beginner Bodybuilding Workouts’ because what I share is how I got started… and ideal for anyone with zero prior knowledge about fitness and exercise. My blog exists to educate and inform you – with no hype or b.s. – about the best bodybuilding approach to get fit and stay healthy.
It Began Early…
I’m fascinated by effective bodybuilding workouts and have always been ever since I was 11 years old. They seemed beautiful and meaningful, a way of pitting you against a worthy opponent – your own self!
During high school, I worked out sporadically – and read every book and magazine on effective bodybuilding workouts that I could find. I also watched TV programs and video tutorials on bodybuilding workouts.
Pretty soon, I knew every exercise and workout to build muscle.
But still, I was ‘Mr.Wimpy Weakling’!
That’s because it took more. To win at effective body building, you need desire and motivation. You should persist beyond pain and discomfort. Develop the discipline to resist temptation.
I didn’t like to go to the gym. I had no native talent or athletic skills. And so, it wasn’t until adulthood that I got serious about my hobby.
Yet I believe that one’s motivation and desire influence your outcome. That’s why, in my blog posts, I focus on changing lives and being inspirational in addition to publishing purely technical content.
You must get off your ass, train hard and keep learning… if you’d like to be healthy, fit and ripped. That’s it.
The Secret Sauce of Effective Bodybuilding Workouts
You should dream of becoming fit and toned. Never give up on that dream. Keep going.
You’ll get there.
