I consider myself a specialist in ‘Beginner Bodybuilding’ because what I share is ideal for anyone with zero prior knowledge about fitness and exercise. My blog exists to educate and inform you – with no hype or b.s. – about the best way to get fit and stay healthy.
Ever since I was 11 years old, I was fascinated by body building. It seemed beautiful and meaningful, a way of pitting you against a worthy opponent – your own self!
During high school, I worked out sporadically – and read every bodybuilding book and magazine I could find. I watched TV programs and video tutorials. I knew every exercise and workout to build muscle.
But still, I was ‘Mr.Wimpy Weakling’!
That’s because it took more. To win at body building, you need desire and motivation. You should persist beyond pain and discomfort. You must be disciplined to resist temptation.
I didn’t like to go to the gym. I had no native talent or athletic skills. And so, it wasn’t until adulthood that I got serious about my hobby.
Yet I believe that one’s motivation and desire influence your outcome. That’s why, in my blog posts, I focus on changing lives and being inspirational in addition to publishing purely technical content.
To be healthy, fit and ripped, you must get off your ass, train hard and keep learning. That’s it.
If you dream of being fit and toned, never give up on that dream. Keep going. You’ll get there.
That’s the underlying message of this blog. Go for your dreams. Never give up. Win!
